Tech Stuff
Welcome to the next step of creating your
cash machine. It's time to get to the tech stuff.
Yeah, I know it's a bit intimidating for some, but take it
step-by-step and you can get it done.
So, we are going to promote a product on
the web. What do you need? Well, for one you need
a name for your site. You can check any number of
registrars and for a small fee, usually around ten bucks, you
can get your site name registered. Make sure the name
you pick reflects what you are promoting. You don't want
a name like "myrefrigeratorsite.com" if you are promoting an e
book about training your Chihuahua.
OK you have a name, not you need a place
to park your site. This is called web hosting.
Again there are many to choose from. You can usually get
hosting for around ten to forty dollars a month. Just do
a search for "web hosting" and look into what each one
offers. A word of caution: avoid the cheaper
plans. This is for your business and you want hosting
that will support your site. Definitely avoid the free
hosting. It carries ads that you don't want or need on
your product site.
Once you get your hosting, you will need
to point your site to the host. This involves a simple
process that you do with your site registrar. You need
to change the "DNS" settings to point to your host. This
is like giving the web an address for your site. You
will get the DNS info when you open your hosting
account.
Now we have a few basics out of the way,
let's see how to build your site. Check
it out here.>>>>
Liz Tomey shows
exactly how to build a cash machine in her course "5 Day Cash
Machine." She takes you by the hand through the whole
process of creating your very own cash generating
machine. To find out more, check out www.5DayCashMachine.com.
