Squeeze Pages
OK here is the final
piece to the cash machine puzzle. You need to build a
"Squeeze Page." A squeeze page, or landing page is a
page you build using your site template. It functions to
get, or "squeeze" the information about your prospect you need
to contact them later. This is the information you will
use for your autoresponder. You will paste the HTML code
for the form on the page wherever you want the person to sign
up. This can be in a couple places.
What do you put on the page? It's easy, go
to the sales page of the product you are promoting and pick
some of the selling points of the product. Focus on
benefits. Remember, your prospects are looking
for, "What's in it for me?" You want to create desire so
when they hit the bottom of the page, they want to fill
out the form to get more information. Remember write in
your own words DO NOT COPY WORD FOR WORD!!
Of course, you can hire someone to do this
for you, but you are really the best qualified to write about
what you are promoting. If you have followed the steps
outlined here and bought and used the product, then you should
be an expert. Just remember to use the sales page and
write in your own words. You might even be able to
improve it!
